Head to the state of Jalisco and discover the vibrant city of Guadalajara, known as the most Mexican city in the world. Rich in history and traditions, it's the birthplace of mariachi music and tequila. This month, we're featuring the Grilled Market Fish Taco, inspired by the local markets in Guadalajara. It features our local catch of the day marinated in habanero and topped with cantaloupe pico de gallo, cabbage and onion slaw, and jalapeño crema.
